About

Hi, I’m Tori Zdeb-Weber — an Instructional Designer who thrives on solving problems, building meaningful learning experiences, and bringing a thoughtful, human-centered approach to everything I do.

From childhood jigsaw puzzles with my family to building engaging training solutions today, I’ve always been drawn to the process of seeing how small parts come together to form a bigger picture. I’m a born problem solver—curious, creative, and relentless in the pursuit of better. If I don’t yet have the tools to create the solution I imagine, I’ll find them. I’m a self-starter who thrives in the iterative process of instructional design—rarely satisfied with “good enough,” and always looking to improve outcomes through thoughtful design, strategic analysis, and learner-centered innovation.

After eight years as an educator, I was ready for a new challenge and discovered instructional design—where my passion for learning strategy, curriculum development, and digital tools like Articulate Storyline and Vyond immediately clicked. Today, I design and develop learning experiences that are interactive, impactful, and aligned with both learner needs and organizational goals. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders, manage LMS platforms, and use data to continuously refine content and improve learner outcomes.

I believe learning should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and I approach my work with empathy, adaptability, and a deep commitment to making learning accessible and effective for everyone.

When I’m not designing learning experiences, I’m probably climbing a rock wall, backpacking through the mountains, reading, horseback riding, tending to my garden or menagerie at home, or hitting the track for a roller derby bout. I live a passionate, active life and find inspiration everywhere—in nature, in people, and in puzzles of all kinds.

Thanks for stopping by—I’m so glad you’re here.
